Our IQF croissants counter is designed and developed to align, at high speed, your bulk products in a continuous flow.

Our state-of-the-art equipment uses high precision sensors to accurately count the number of IQF croissants. By automating the counting process, our solution improves production efficiency, reduces labor costs and minimizes counting errors, thereby reducing products waste.

Based on centrifugal force, it is highly versatile and easy to use. Capable of loading up to 33,000 products/hour while maintaining the shape and texture of your products.

Our Centrifugal Machine Allows you to Maximize your Production by Counting your Products in Full Autonomy

The VELEC centrifugal machine aligns your products using centrifugal force. Requiring no mechanical constraints, the centrifugal force brings your products to the edge of the drum. They are delicately counted and loaded thanks to predefined recipes. Your products are in perfect condition, without any loss of raw material.

Our IQF croissant counting solution also offers great flexibility, as it can be configured to count batches of different sizes and shapes, allowing greater adaptability to our customers’ production needs.
