VELEC Systems offers a customized oven loading and unloading solution. Your sausage strings are loaded onto bars from a stuffing line and automatically placed on your continuous cooking, smoking and cooling lines.

Automate Your Process and Enhance Your Production with Our Oven Loading Solutions

The VELEC oven loader loads your sausage loops on rods from a stuffing line to place them into a continuous cooking, smoking or cooling unit.

It then unloads the rods at the exit to bring the sausage to your peeling or dividing machine. During the process, it acts as a buffer and can store up to 400 rods.

The VELEC continuous oven loader has  been designed to automatically load and unload your rods on your oven. Thanks to this solution, you will spare your operators the trouble and optimize your overall process.

Able to load up to 180 rods/hour.
