Loading your sausages into their packaging requires extreme care, hygiene, and efficiency! Our sausage loading solution helps you to increase your OEE.
The VELEC hot dog loader is placed right after your hot dog cooking process, between the hot dog peeling or cutting unit and its primary packing system. It is absolutely of prime importance to make sure that this area of your process is the most hygienic designed area to prevent the development of bacteria before packing the Hot Dogs.
Every single detail of our VELEC Hot dog Loader fulfil and overpass the recommendations of the meat Industry and the best practices of the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG).
Because sausage manufacturers typically process a wide range of recipes with different casings, lengths, weights and diameters, the VELEC sausage loader is highly versatile.
Capable of loading all types of sausages, and positioning them perpendicular or parallel to the movement of the film in your thermoformer in even or odd numbers, it allows great production flexibility.

Gentle Handling of your Hot-dogs to Maximize your Profits
Today, most sausage loaders available on the market generate a significant quantity of broken sausages, forcing companies to employ additional quality operators.
To avoid this loss of value, we have optimized our lines to ensure your products remain identical to their initial state.
First, sausages are handled on a smooth hygienic belt. The sausages are then transferred to the centrifugal machine plate, where the centrifugal force causes the sausages to gravitate to the periphery of the plate and to the edge of the drum one by one. They are then led one after the other onto the exit conveyor and then onto the piano belts. Finally, the hygienically designed pick-and-place robot gently selects and places the sausages into their main packaging.
